Aquacenter.gr will endeavour to transfer to the customer the benefit of any warranty or guarantee given

by the manufacturer of goods on every item sold where such a warranty is provided.

1. FAULTY PRODUCTS

If the product you received is faulty please inform us immediately by e-mail at info@aquacenter.gr or by calling us at (+30)2810372992.

Aquacenter.gr will take all the necessary actions to replace or fix the product.

The procedure followed in case of a defective product is:

You can visit us at our headquarters and having discovered the error on the part of the manufacturer, we'll replace the product immediately.

Send by courier or a transport company.

Pack the product you received and send it to us.

Since we check it's malfunction, we will send you a new one. Shipping costs are not charged to the customer.


2. PRODUCT EXCHANGES

Changes are acceptable only if the product you received is packaged (in its original condition) and Non-used.

You should make your request within five working days of receipt of the product in accordance with its accompanying document.

Money are nonrefundable.

If you want to exchange the purchased product to another, there are two ways:

         By visiting our headquarters. By sending the product by courier or transport company.

Pack the product you received with a document which will indicate how we should arrange the financial disputes that arose.

Shipping costs in this case are charged to the customer.

Necessary condition is that the product is intact and in its original packaging.

3. ORDER CANCELATION

You can cancel an order by calling us directly at (+30)2810372992, or by sending an e-mail to info@aquacenter.gr

Please inform us about the order's code, the date and the assignor of its placement.

It is a prerequisite that the order hasn't already been sent to you.

Otherwise you should contact us so we can arrange the financial disputes that arose.

Generally the money are nonrefundable.
